4. Email me at toyhell@yahoo.com with the following information:
* Your full name as it appears on the form
* The services you are trying
* Your city and state.

5. That's it!

I will email you back a confirmation of the amount of your gift certificate. All you need to do to use the credit is write "gift certificate credit" when placing your order. As long as the order is under your name or you mention the name of the person on the order form then you get the credit. You can use your credit immediately or you can wait five years! (Hey, I'm not going anywhere) You can get a complete order for free or reduce the price of an order.
